Water softener repairs

JM Softeners do not have a call out charge, just a fixed charge for the labour. This covers for the engineer to carry out the repair regardless of how long the engineer is with you. In the event that the repair is anything serious or expensive the engineer will give you a full estimate prior to undertaking the repair, if at this stage you do not want to go ahead with the repair then we will charge you a reduced estimate charge.

Servicing

Some makes of water softener require routine servcing to keep them operating at their best, JM Softeners offers a fixed price service, call us on 0118 984 1500 to arrange.

Health check

If your water softener is over 8 years, its been working hard to protect your showers, boilers, washing machines and much more. Why not give your water softener a little TLC and ensure a long and happy life together by booking one of our water softener health checks?
What is covered?
Your health check is carried out by one of our experienced service engineers and includes:

• Efficiency of brining – to ensure that your water softener is operating at its maximum efficiency?
• Thorough cleaning and lubrication of the valves
• A check and if necessary adjustment of regeneration settings
• Water test – to check the quality of your softened water
• Resin treat – cleans and restores resin.
